More tire opinion's?

I have a new build that I set up with 49 Iroks, I ran across some NEW 42 Pit Bull Rockers. The 49's are huge but I am hoping that I will be happy with MORE tire speed and Stickier compound of the Pit Bull? O I'm running Rockwells, 203/205, 5.3, 4l60. I am hoping to get some feedback on the Pit Bull performance? Most of my Buddies are saying buy another set of wheels keep both?

43 stickys that much softer compound than the Pit Bulls? You read so much crap on reviews about one vs the other, I trust the opinions of the guys on Hardline that have been there done that? I dont have a problem selling both if it is a night and day difference?
 
Yes they are that much different good buddy of mine went from 42 pit bulls to 43 stickies it is like night and day
 
I don't know enough about the 42" PBR's but the 43" SX is a bad mofo. The 37" PBR's I have seen left a lot to be desired IMO.
 
I've ran Pitbull Rockers on a rockwell rig. They did a good job but sticky SXs ARE night and day difference.
 
I had read that the pit bulls were not Worth a ****, more than once.. For some reason I always found that hard to believe.. Good to hear from someone that has ran them. They were one of my favorite tires even though I have not had any for a wile. I think it was after I watch that copperhead 42 jeep killin **** xwith the PBR is on it! Stickies you just can't go wrong with. Also wondered about the 46's, 49's etc. how do those monster ass tires do? They have to run over **** like it's nothing right?
 
I ran 42 PBR's for a while.. they were awesome when they were brand new very sticky… then after a bit of wear they were crap… and i cut sidewalls a lot...
 
Night and day, when I went to stickies it was like going from a all terrain to a regular tsl. It take a few rides to get them to work the best imo but worth every penny
 
For Missouri trails you cannot beat a 43 sticky. From experience of watching people ride at the park the pitbulls only work good on just rock. But when its come to being on dirt and mud they suck. they do not clean out worth a **** compared to a 43 sticky.
 
I dont think I am going to sell the 49's just yet? I am leaving for Superlift next weekend so that should test the PBR's. Can always fall back on the selling both sets! lol I probably should have put some seat time on the 49's, Really thinking about the wheel speed gain also.

I don't think you would gain anything with the pbrs except more scratches on the skidplates & less broke ****
 
At this stage in the game, if you can afford 2 sets of wheels and tires both being some of the most expensive on the market.... Iroks and Pitbulls should not even be in your vocabulary. A sticky is where you need to be. Be done

What he said.... I put off going to 43 stickies for a couple of years.... Since I got them, I don't know what I was waiting on....
