Does anyone know the restrictions for bikes out at tahuya, reiter, elbe, evans? I am wondering if it is possible for me to follow my people around on my bike when they go wheeling.

Also, does anyone know how expensive it is to get title and orv licence on a motorcycle? I have this bike sitting around that I would love to get out and ride, but I have almost no experience.

It may be 6 months to a year before I can get a wheeler again and it is killing me not to get out there.

The only restrictions are that you need a USFS approved spark arrestor and ORV tags and if you're going to run fire/forestry roads you need to be street plated usually. You can file for a lost title and as long as the bike isn't hot you'll get a title after 3 years, in the mean time you can put ORV tags on and ride.
