Also need to check out Golden Mountain, it reminds me a LOT of the KOTH course. No clue where it is though but it's close.
While we are at it I would love to do the fall ride in Monteagle, that place looks sick also. I will try to hook up with somebody from Damn Locals and see what the scoop is.
Monteagle would be at the top of my list, when we were there back in like '01-'02 I loved it. Thinking back it was probably my favorite place ever because of the long creekbed trail.
Golden Mountain is in Sparta, TN... 4 hours away. :-\
Golden is not so close then, Mountainside is about 85 miles from Gdale so 1.5 hours away that is nothing. Monteagle is about 180 miles away so 3 hours. Mountainside would be a sweet day trip and I would think there is enough in Monteage for a weekend? Either way, we could make a sweet combo ride out of both places...
Let's make a Monteagle ride happen ASAP! Pull the celebrity card Matt O and hit up the Locals and see if they'll let us ride. There is plenty for a weekend ride, and honestly I wouldn't mind riding the same trails twice up there 'cause they're that awesome.
