Re: Mountainside Labor Day weekend

We'll be there with the camper and at least 2 possibly 3 rigs. My junk is all busted up from MM last weekend. :drinkers:

In an attempt to better grow Mountain Side Off Road Park, Randy has stepped down from his duties at the park to allow for a more seasoned wheeler the chance to not only take over, but to make it even better. Scott Lang has leased MSORP and will be posting soon the planned events at the park. He is having the water meter installed next week and already making a lot of changes as well as new shirts, signs and other advertising stuff.

dont no the rules to the race yet will post up soon i do know there is going to be to classes 38 in tire and below 39 in and up, the course is going to have a little speed,a little rock and a few little hills.

Kewl! Let me know if you need any help Friday afternoon. I could probably get up there in time to help with loose ends, marking of the course and what not......

Yup we'll be there Scott! :****:

So you figure out the rules for the race yet?

I'll be coming up Friday night will the gates be open or should I call ya (I got your number from another thread)?

Let me know if you need any help with final setup and loose ends....

I got chance to go over to Mountainside this past Saturday and see some of the work that Scott and his crew of friends have been working on. I like it. You can now see the REV LIMITER climb from the upper parking / play ground area. The road up has been improved greatly and the running water seems to be a good thing.

My only change would be to place all of the brush in a huge pile minus the logs so that we could have a really big bon fire on the TOY RIDE. Those logs could make some really nice obstacles. FOOD FOR THOUGH. :dblthumb:

Now how the heck did you sneak in without me seeing you! :wtflol:

We had a blast! Scott and Lisa rock! :drinkers:

Biggest carnage we had is my wife twisted her TJ rear shaft in half, her girlfriend lost a steering pump and had a caliper sticking (mud) and my boy jumped the XJ and bent the C's. Scott watched our two little girls go to town beating on the XJ too. thumb.gif

Good Times, Good Times! :****:
