Took the Taco to the mud fest today... Against my better judgment, but i guess i wasn't using much judgment at all come to think of it, i gave the beast a little mud bath. Truck went awesome for a rockcrawer out of it's element, went places the heavy chevy's on 44 boggers were scared to venture.

The good...
Had fun, drank plenty of special cokes, abundance of drunken women....

The bad...
Spend 20 bucks at the quarter car wash
Mud 2 ft. deep in the floorboard
one trashed air filter, and a mass air and distributor in bad need of attention
clicking starter
runnin on 3 cylinders when i loaded it back up
drunken female passengers ripped the back glass, in tact- frame n all, completely out.

The Verdict..
???- not sure, but I'll get some pics of water over my hood as soon as i fill the disposable up and take it to the wizalmart

Here's one on the way home

My sig line on Pirate is about this very scenario
"Wheelin in the mud is like anal sex.
It sounds like a good idea until it is time to clean up the mess"

I hate mud whompin'

Due for a good fluid change anyway, so i just put it off till agter i knew it was gonna be full of water.

Pullin the tranny out tonight to get reboud put back in.
Pullin the starter to get a fresh rebuild

Hope to get the rest of it to P this week for my bumper.

Yes I would agree that reverse needs changing. It sounded very ruff when trying to engage. For the ones out there that give a **** we won both the classes we raced in. See everyone at the next race.

not the fluid change, that's easy. I mean the hubs and knuckle area since you're a yota guy

Well, runing gear wise, i'm a ford guy :eat:. But yea, wheel bearings, hubs, etc... It's all packed full of goo.... The bad kind.

I love those words "i'm a ford guy". I new everyone would start to come around one day.

Deep down ever man wants a Ford, some just wont break down and say it. I own them both a Ford and a Chevy.
