Ok when bill threw the high steer stuff on--he just roughed it in and I told him I would finish the adjustments. Here is the process I use for setting toe (similar when the rotors are on it). I use 1" square tubing, clamp it down so its level. Then I mark center and measure equally from center which gives me equal measuring locations side to side. Then all you do is measure side to side till you get the appropriate toe--super simple.
