Looks like my vacuum pump is going to need replaced in the near future. I drove the truck to town to fill it up and the blower was stuck on defrost. It had been working just fine the last time I drove the truck. I checked the vacuum pump and it wasn't running. I unhooked the house and thumped the pump with a screwdriver a few times and it started running, as soon as I hooked the hose back up it stopped. This morning I drove the truck to work and everything is working fine again, so I'm thinking it is on its way out and it isn't liking the heat, so I got a new one ordered. Its supposed to be hot again this afternoon, so I'm curious if it will quit again.
