My office space moment of the year

I have been here almost a year (June 1st)

I have not been real busy, just learning the ropes and misc projects, get my paycheck today, 3% COL raise I don't deserve it, but not going to complain either.

I had a meeting with my 2 bosses which was quite the office space moment.. "meeting wth the bobs"... then they tell me they are moving me upstairs to a nicer office... Giving this office to a guy from Boeing that'll be in house working on the 787 program... laughing1 SWEET. My dad is in a cube farm here laughing1 so I'm sure he'll be thrilled laughing1... Nice view of Pflumm and any hawt wimmins that may come through (right by front door)


Just for kicks, I dug this out from my email back up... someone got their **** jack'd!


"A large black stapler (capable of stapling through thick stacks of paper) belonging to the engineering
department was taken from my desk over the weekend. Would please send out an e-mail to all Lenexa
asking for the individual who borrowed it to return it?

I'm guessing it was a Swingline stapler. They dont jam up as much.

I had to tell a guy he got a 1% a few weeks ago. That sucked.
I started the conversation with "You're fired".
He was like "****! really?" And then I said "Not Really, but now this 1% raise won't seem so bad."

Ya it's carbon fiber reinforced plastic and that bitch is huge! First all composite plane of this sort.

We are just doing the oxygen and beverage systems for it at our facility..

well, no ****, but it helps. I think my wife is at 5% in crease, but had to work for it.
