I made a frame from 3/8 in rod to fit the opening, welded the right size pipe(hinges) to the door, fashioned a latch, and had it covered. I took my buggy to the fabric shop and they mounted everything. Also made the door cover where it would come off (Velcro) and fitted it with a safety net. The rear cover fits in a groove installed above and than snaps. I also have a heater.

Don't really know exactly what you are looking for but something like SPIDERWEB SHADE would offer protection from the sun, but still allow you to see through it...i bought one for my jeep 3 years ago and it has not been off the jeep since i put it on.

I was told by the guys at Spiderweb Shade that they can do custom applications.

Just thought it might be an option.

Talked to these guys at the Offroad Expo in DFW earlier this year. Looked to be a pretty well built product. Not sure it would hold up in a roll over though.

In Pelham off the tank farm exit of I65 is an upholstery shop called "Super Upholstery Team" and they are inexpensive/ fast. I have used them a few times and been happy with their work. Give them a shout. thumb.gif
