need help with toyota body swap

I have a 86 yota truck with a bad body and a 92 truck with a bad frame, any known problems with swaping the 92 body onto the 86 frame? the 86 will be getting an sas and possibly getting a cage in place of bed. thanks for any help.

I dont think the mounts bolt up the same. I know the frame is a different size as well. THe earlier ones are thinner.

Second to 3rd gen isnt too bad of a swap.. There area few things like the front bumper mounts for the 3rd gen not being on the second frame but id assume you wouldnt use the stock bumper anyway... Its a easy swap.

Keep us posted... I'm interested in this type of swap as well... Theres what, like 6 bolts that hold the cab down? Tell us how many of those lined up fine and which ones didn't? Stuff like that...
