Well, Im looking for a qualified auto tech to install a 4" lift on my tow rig before the year is up. I can do it myself, but honestly Im too lazy and I would prefer to spend the time with my family as Ive been out of town too long. The other reason is, I wouldnt be able to get the rig out of my garage once the install is done...haha. Total time shouldnt take more than 4-5 hrs tops.

Here is what I have....

03 Dodge 2500 4x4 Cummins....

4" front coil springs
Drop down pitman arm
Track bar drop down bracket.
Upper mounts for sway bar
Upper and lower control arms
Shocks

2" rear blocks
Shocks

Once the work is completed, I will take it to get aligned myself. Prefer to have all the work done in a shop and not in someone's driveway....lol.

Let me know if you are interested. I will pay fair market rate for the work. Would be a great way to get some extra cash for after xmas sales.... :awesomework:

Thanks, Bill

Thanks for the replies (PM's)....just to let you know, my first choice would be a shop on the north end that I could drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon, but Im still open to other offers such as shops down south so please dont hesitate to offer up your services or shop. Just really would like this done before the end of the year so I dont have to worry about it as I will only be home until Jan 4 this time around....

Thanks, Bill

I can do it. Is this the same truck that the tires are going on? I could get tires mounted and lift installed all at the same time, and have a shop loaner for you to take for the day.

John

What prices have you been quoted?

$1-200 so far....price is not a huge concern. Its good quality work, done right at a fair price and not a gazillion miles away. :;

No John, the MTR's are for my yota and I will be mounting them on TR Beadlocks myself so they can go in the bed of the truck.

Already got a set that is mounted and balanced, just need to go on the truck once the lift is completed.

did you check that 4x4 place that is a lil bit south of Smoky Point on the old road???????????????

Post this on the bombers.. Someone might be willing to do it for you in Hoss's shop there in Arlington. It's bigger then most automotive shops, and he's got a lift as well.

Damn, why didnt I think of this? Im actually going to be at Hoss's shop on Wednesday to pick up some wheels and tires from him.

Oh well, Ive decided to go to Clark's and drink his beer on xmas eve and we will throw the lift on then. I have to be down south anyways to pickup some tires from John (Avanteone) and also meet Mike (k2blazen) to deliver his wheels and tires so it kinda all works out perfect.

You mean Randy's? If so, yes I did. Randy is a great guy, very helpful but as with any other shop/business, he has to make money and in this case, I would rather not spend a bunch. I will go to him for other stuff tho.
