I run a 70's Corvette disc/disc Manual MC in my rig. I installed a re-man maybe 2 years ago and its always been a pain, I got the brakes to "work", but I never was happy with them. When I first installed it they would slowly lock-up as I was driving and not release till I cracked a bleeder. I "fixed" that on the trail by making my pushrod shorter. Plus fluid was leaking/seeping out the pushrod side.Well now I re-did my brakeline and every-thing's locked up tight and I can't bleed them worth ****. Thinking its MC. So I'm going to replace it.I can go reman or "new". The "new", from NAPA is about twice the "reman" (minus core charge). Were' talking $25 vs $50, but monies tight as always and the little things add up.What's folks thoughts? Is the "new" going to be any better than the "reman". Pretty sure the last "reman" was a cardon... and I'm trying to avoid that.
