Ok, it's all pretty much done. But, I mad an error in measurement on the u joint/new driveshaft. I'm a 1/4" off. the new u joint is 3.5" and my yoke (chry 8.25) is for 3 1/4". I don't suppose anyone here has one sitting around or knows where I can get one today?

what exactly are you looking for? location?

Sounds like you need a 1310 to 1330 conversion joint?

I basically need a larger yoke for the rear end. The one on there now is (now) too small to accomidate the new u joint that came with the new drive shaft. I'm in Bothell.

well. It sounds like you could get away with a conversion U-joint untill you get a larger yoke.

Shucks MIGHT have the conversion joint. Napa Will be able to get them.

A yoke off of a Libery will work. Randy's ring and pinion in everett has them. but i dont know if they are open today.

i've got a conversion joint BNIB at the bottom of fin hill. call me at 206-601-5222 if you are intrested. I think it was like 25 bucks or something at napa.

this joint will do what you need. P/N 353 superior joint.

so you dont have to mess with the yoke/bearing preload on your gears.

Worked like a charm! All bolted in and up and running! Driveline vibe is gone! Thanks a lot Marc! Now I don't have to wake up an hour earlier to ride the bus!
