New job background checks?

Andrew? Eric? Gregg? Question....

I've applied for 2 new white collar jobs, both with large employers whom I presume do extensive background checks. Do you think they will be able to find this place and my posts? I'm thinking hard about pulling a Kel and seeing if you guys can kill my profile and all my posts, as I'm sure I've said plenty on here in text that is not reflective of someone who deserves a great job over the other applicants.

Thoughts?

I spoke with a friend that works at one of the employers and he thinks I'm good on this place. Says recruiters and interviewers will probably look me up on facebook, but will likely never find this place. The other employer is TVA, not sure if their background checks would be more in depth? Maybe I'm good, just prepping all I can to prevent any negative marks.

I wouldn't worry. They'll google your name, check social media and run a check for felonies/arrests using some sort of paid service most likely. Google your name and see what comes up. Best place to start because that's where they'll start.

Googled it, looked through a few pages of results and no hardline came up. Facebook is the only social media I have and nothing makes it to Facebook that I'm not proud of unlike here. Lol. So I guess I am good. Just wasn't sure of the resourcefulness of the background checkers that large companies use to recruit.
