I have gotten to know Rodney for about the past 2 years and have heard nothing but positive comments out of his mouth. His wife's name is Lindsay and he works for his father's construction business. He lives in the Clanton area and pretty sure he would be game for showing up for meetings and voluntary work. He built a Jimmy Smith 2 seater chasis this past year and feels strongly about the capabilities of his rig and passion for riding. I think he can be more commited than my previous nomination, JR Hall. Sorry bout that one. :dblthumb:

We should extend an invite to the new member prospects to go to the next Hardline ride (TN). What do you guys think??

Yep, I think everybody that is listed here in a thread needs an invite to the TN ride. Let's just plan on Iron Gap. Whoever started the thread about the person send them an invite

So Iron Gap is in place of Hot Springs, right? I will call him and give him an invite. :dblthumb:

I met Rodney at Gray Rock few weeks back. Really nice guy and I enjoyed riding with him. He helped me out on cable when I burned mine up.

I extended an invitation to Rodney this past week and he regretfully had to decline as his father has tied him up for this weekend. Not a cop out, just cannot make this run. thumb.gif

I have met and rode with Rodney at GrayRock, seems like a stand up guy. He has my vote

Yeah I have noticed that he recently stopped posting. I am pretty sure it was due to some of the bible beater comments around the time the Jesus thread showed up. Have not talked to him about it though.

So Rodney and most importantly his wife had issue with some of the porn on here, so that is why he left the boards. Gregg has been talking to him and he is trying to work it out and is still interested in the club. Just some of the former members and their tastless posts have hurt us again. If he can get it worked out I say we vote on him.

My understanding is he WILL be at Mountainside next weekend. thumb.gif

Yeah I talked to him on Pirate and he said he will be at Mountainside and I am pretty sure he will end up back on the boards here.

He is a good dude, just a young wife and wants him to remember which tail he is supposed to admiring. :cougar:

This was tabled as he has sold his rig. He can be brought up of member discussion at a future meeting.

Rodney is already back in the game. He bought the wasp single seater this weekend and looking to go again. I thought I would invite him to Stoney lonesome dove ride, with ya'lls blessing. Let me know if you think the same.

Yes, you should invite him.
