if your talking about the 14bolt it is chevy so it should work with other chevy stuff just fine. and i think your #s are easily reached but for a 4x4 i would build for torque not h.p. and propane should give you the same performance as gas you will just have to plan ahead more it can be hard to find propane out in the boonies just my .02
