Noob Battery Question....

I got a noob question.

Its about batteries. I'm going to the 26th Competition, do you guys charge your batteries the night before, or do you charge em right before you go to the competition.

Will the batteries hold their full charge overnight?

I will most likely not have time to wake up and charge all my batteries the morning of the competition so charging them at night will be needed.

I just want to double check to see what you guys do, I dont wanna show up with dead batteries. :flipoff:

You should be ok just don't plug em into your rig until you are ready to run.

Many chargers also have battery clips so you can charge off a car battery. If yours does just bring the charger also just in case. When I make it to a comp I will bring a charger with me, but I won't be at this one.

Ditto.
I charge mine the night before and don't plug them in till comp time.
All the times we've been out there I haven't used more than two batteries.
Comp battery is a 3800 and fart around is a 3300 and a couple of 3300's back up.

When I had my rig as a 2.2, I ran the entire comp on one battery. I used two as a super, but the first one was really old. And yes, I charge the night before.
