BigIron is correct, preparation will make the difference. Also before you apply the material make sure you take some type of solvent to get the oils & debris off, that is where alot of the prep work comes in handy....Also the material you buy in a can vs. the stuff linex uses is different, the stuff linex uses is dispensed using a mixed metering system for critical mixture ratios. Also when linex sprays on their liners the material is coming out of the gun @ roughly 170 degrees, the material dries almost instantly.The stuff you get in the can takes a little while to dry which is caused by the difference in material ratios. Even though it feels dry to the fingers doesnt mean its 100% cured, that is why whenn you get it done @ linex they tell you not to put anything on it for like 48 hours.:awesomework: I think the colored linex looks like junk kinda but the black does not look bad on the outside of vehicles i think even when its been pressure washed after a good day in the trails. Friend of mine did it on his toy and it held up pretty good.
