Grants would come into play if we had the money, but we don't...First step is to get our money back... Then we can focus on where and how to spend it...Whether you like it or not, we need to get involved... Things like the WOHVA rally really help our cause... I feel we need more demonstrations on the Capital Building steps...The greenies get what they want because they constantly bitch about what they want... The squeaky wheel gets the grease...Or we can stick our heads in the sand and wait for someone else to fix it...
