November Meeting, Tuesday, 11/11

Hey Guys,

Tuesday worked well, great turnout. I was scheduling it for the first Tuesday, 11/4 and noticed that is the big election day so I thought the following Tuesday, 11/11 would be better. Is that cool with everybody?

I still dont think its feasible to plan an entire year out for most people when it comes to rides. I think planning out quarterly or something is a bit more realistic. Hell we damn near rescheduled every ride in 08 ya know. laughing1

But, for those that need to plan time off, and those with busy schedules, it is needed. I think we SHOULD plan the whole year.

Oh well, if we have to change a ride date we will, but we need to know the place and close to when we are going. That way there is no excuses about people not knowing when a ride is and it also allows people to budget/plan for what they can and cannot do ride wise.

Some people plan and already have vacations and such in mind for 2009. We did reschedule a few rides in 2008, but they all stayed within 1-2 weeks of when they were planned

I think Dollar's schedule should be EXcluded since he hasnt done **** but drink bloody mary's at the beach and read romance novels from the deck.

I agree, lots of folks have family, kids and jobs to work around which is why we need to lay out the year, even if a ride or two changes by a week.

We laid out the 08 schedule to work for Dollar and he has not shown for anything except the CAOS FFA

Also, we moved these to Tuesday because of people's schedules. If they still can't seem to make it I would like to move them back to Monday's in the future. I have a professional group meeting on these Tuesday's now that I NEED to attend..
