I think my neighbors may have had something to do with my dog getting out of the fence last week. I ask them if they have seen him and they said he's been getting out for 5 days.... Simple info that would have let me fix the problem. I have just become the neighbor from HELL! Im so effin pissed....

Re: what would you do

i would just start w/ some super bright security lights and lots of them, strategically placed of course, you know, just to keep prowlers away... how many neighbors do you have... we need survailence pics... we just neede to **** w/ the asshole. not the others...

Re: what would you do

my best friend just drove through the hood at midnight with his lifted dodge truck to pick up my dog... we found him! gizmo said he smelled like fried chicken :afro:it was a straight up drug deal

where pretty sure our neighbor hauled him off and gave him away on friday thank god he's okay now I don't have to go to jail :dblthumb:

lucas aka gizmo has :tc

thanks man I would've gone myself but I was in texas :driving: home from KOH

I hate to say it, but your dog seems like a great dog that wouldn't hurt anyone, anything. So it might have been some ratbastard kids playing with their daddy's .22. Had one of my 2 bassets killed last year by the neighbors pitbulls and the other was mauled and required 12 stitches to patch him up. Tore me and my family up bad. But now, no more neighbor, and no more pitbulls. (not that all pitbulls are bad, just these 3 dogs were being raised for fighting in his pen) Justice was served when the sheriffs came to his shithole and hauled his ass off and I have never seen from the asshole since. Don't know where he went, don't care where he went, or if they put him down too. :****:

I know what you mean.. I can't stand a piece of crap like that raising there dogs to fight. The poor animals never even had a chance. I love the pit breed but I am convinced that I will never own another blue pit again. They are just to high profile and people steal them too much. I am a pound dog from here on out. I will go save the life of a animal in the pound from here on out. My pits are effin worthless. They love everybody and would gladly jump in any open car door just to be with people. They are a true ambassador for the good natured part of the breed. I love my mutts but sometimes I wish they were a little better at being guard dogs. Hell they would let you walk right in my yard and knock on the front door.. I'm thinkin about going to the pound and getting some little pissy Spitz lookin dog that would bite a mofo for coming close to the fence cause the pits I have damn sure aint gonna do it.. They just love people to much..

My last 4 basset hounds were rescue dogs and have all been great. They have ranged from 8 months old to 4 years and have all been no problem. except for the puppy likes to eat everything from shotgun shells to steel wool. Dogs are a great investment in time and money without a doubt, and when you loose one, especially to circumstances like this, you hurt badly and would like nothing more than to get vengance on the person responsible for this stupid ****. I feel for you and know it is hard not to go Postal on someone. I had already opened a can of buscuits and a gallon of anit freeze for the bastard hounds. On a lighter note, did you read about the guy in Florida who was forced entry and his pitbull was down the street "getting his groove on" ? :****: Sorry, I've been wanting toi share that story since I heard about it.

I have had pits for a while and I agree they arebout the most highly distracted dogs.. They are so much fun but damn I have never had one that was a good guard dog that was also nice. best guard dog I ever had was a blue heeler!
We think someone was juicin him too.. He goes to the vet tomorrow.. He isnt the same, we hope he comes around

X2 I have one that will chew anybody a new asshole if they try to get in the backyard and I'm not with them. :****: He's a damn smart dog and super faithful. My catahoula only thinks about one thing, :eat: , and has every bad trait that occurs in that breed. My old ancient chow mutt is just happy to wake up each day, I think he's about 17 now.
