Nylon brake line?..

i used to run them on my buggy. yes it will work, yes they are cheap. ultimately, mine got damage and i went to all braided lines. if i could do it over, i would do as much hard line as possible with short runs of braided line where you need it. at some point i will be going to hard line. i feel like my spongy pedal feel is from all the braided line in my system.

Logan is going to use it on his build, seems easy to work with, kind of like plumbing a ice maker.

Re:

Alot of the short track racers around here use them. One guy in my club runs then as well. We give him a hard time about it but he's only had 1 failure and we were back on the trail in under 5 min.

Most of the cheaper braided line has nylon core.

If i ran them again I'd plum them from the master to right before any place that will see movement like steering or suspension, and use braided line where it'll move. My last buggy had the speedway kit and only problem was they got brittle on the front axle where the knuckle turns.

I've bought 3 kits from speedway now, I won't use steel line again, super easy to run and use, awsome product and inexpensive
