I could be wrong but I think her business handles the procurement of goods and services for the Dept. of Defense......and I guess any other dept of government.

We are a consulting company for local, state and Government contracts (mainly the Department of Defense)

We consult on the following
IT
Porcurement
Logistics (this includes supply chain issues, deployment issues, trucking.....etc)
Engineering
Construction
Research and Development
and pretty much anything else that fits our bill

We also consult on procedures, plans and policies. We also implement procedures, plans, policies and program development to improve on time management and cost.
