It was easily the best rockcrawler at the show.

You going to keep those portal-tek axles?

That buggy is 5" taller from the bottom of the "door" to the top of the cage than mine. No cutting brakes, fully bad ass 420HP motor.

It was built for a rich dude that does to Moab 2x a year with all of his buddies in their Prevost motor homes. He is trying to "one-up" his buddies in 09.

::)

Probably never get used.

Will I be crucified if I say I dont like it? I dont like how the side looks like a box van. Looks like a straight line from the cage top to the rocker. The Pillars look like they need canted in just a touch. Nolens, yours doesnt look like that at all or if it does, then the 5"s less minimizes the visual slabside look .

That is gay as ****. You don't need that to run Moab, but I'd do it if I had the funds....why not?

No I agree. I think it looks like a bread van.

I kept looking at it weird and finally Brain read my mind and told me.

That said, looking at this buggy and then going out to look at Randy's buggy shows that TC is stuck in a time warp. The buggies work great, but the world is moving fast and they are going to get left behind if they dont innovate.

IMO, I have the most capable 4-seater buggy out there. I like the way it looks, its weight and its size. That said, if I were getting a 2 seater I would have Randy build it over TC. His buggy is just sick.

Nolen, your buggy is full on badass, I dont see it even remotely as a dated design (aside from the paint :flipoff1: ). TC buggies are grounded in a reality that they resemble a production vehicle. I personally love that about them. You can identify with them, and so can the public.

I think TC will be able to keep on keeping on with their bread and butter and never look back. People are always going to desire a high quality vehicle that somewhat looks production.

Now Randy's or any of the desert inspired race buggies coming out. Yeah they are awesome, and of course I lust them. But they dont resemble anything but a buggy. I personally dont like those lines, but they are made up for in pure innovation anf execution.
