Just heard a story this morning of a kid that plays football from Marshall broke his leg. Story said he scored a touchdown and when he ran through the back of the endzone a table that the band uses for halftime was sitting there. He runs over it breaks his leg and now he is suing Marshall School for damages.

HA well I actually agree with that lawsuit.
The guy pays for U of Houston his name is Patrick Edwards. The band was negligent leaving a steel cart just yards behind the endzone. The guy who shattered his leg wasrunning through the endzone to catch the football, while looking bakc over his shoulder, he hits the cart ar knee height and its all over.

Jere Beasley (big time plaintiff's lawyer in Alabama) has been on the Rhino band wagon for over a year. He is chomping at the bit to sue not just over the Rhino but any ATV where smoebody has got injured in an "accident".
