I guess he is sending us a tax refund like W did too if his package passes. Unfortunately most everything I find and read about with his package sounds like even more excessive spending on **** I dont care about laughing1

All **** aside, put that **** in the bank, then in a few more months they will send you another check cause that money never stimulated the economy. :dblthumb:

I have intentions to utilize ANY get back that I get from uncle sammy davis jr. this year to paying off debt. Im gonna take full advantage of the 7500 dolla "loan" to pay off debt's that do have interest also since the gov loan is no interest !! :woot:

on a more serious note... Hey P, you read Dave Ramsey yet?? Shits pretty good. I'm halfway thru one of the books... My boss is going through some night class seminars with his wife to get their **** straight, I figure I'll just read the books... When I'm done I can mail em for ya to borrow if ya want. I'm runnin a "modified" plan to financial peace... Not doing his hardcore sell everything pay cash for the little you do buy stuff.. I am gettin debt free ASAP... that 75hundo is a huge help but it's still a loan. At least it's removing high interest debt.

My wife's parents gave us all the Dave Ramsey tapes and videos. We did follow it to a T for a while and it makes a lot of since. I personally don't think his tapes taught me how to make millions but how to put things in priority.

True not teaching you how to make millions at all dude...

...it's about managing your ****. And he writes about how people **** themselves by keepin up with the jones's etc. I don't make much $$ compared to most of the fuggers on this board but I'm trying my best to manage it better than I have in the past. Pretty hard when you're used to just swiping a card or spending without thinking. Easy to let it get outta control. My salary was pretty nice living at home w/ mom and dad with no bills... Not saying it's tough now but I defiently don't have an extra grand per month laying around to just **** around with anymore...

One thing I wish they taught in school is how to manage your money instead of wasting it on strippers, new trucks, motorcycles, beer and blow laughing1 Not saying I have a problem with many of those but dayum there's a million ways to waste yer money being young, dum and fulla cum...

Fact remains , only the folks paying the bill's and getting the check's know how much money they have at the end of the day.

I dont make as much annually as most people think, but I dont have alot of bills that other people have either ! :dblthumb:

I grew up early, when I was 21 I was done partying for the most of it. I had a full time job from the time I was 18 and haven't not had a job since. As the first few years I pissed it away as you mentioned above. But having a wife as a accountant and personally knowing what I want from life things has changed. I wasn't knocking Ramsey at all. I learned a lot from his tapes.

No worries---I wouldn't care if ya were knockin him! I guess I just like listening/learnin how other people look at stuff--be it Dave R, Paul, you, big monayyy MattO, my parents, whoever... Just soak the **** in like a sponge.
