Well. I am more than excited to announce the Nazi lady/dude that was kind of my boss for the contract in the neighborhood got **** CANNED!!! I can honestly say I can get along with 99% of the people I have ever met. But this carpet muncher was BEOTCH. From day one. There's a big part of me that wants to find where she lives and go show her the ass she could kiss. But I think I'll stay home and burn one for Cathy :flipgotcha:

The deal is this nazi was one of the ones running off at the mouth to the board about doing the maintainace "in house". Which means hiring 2 more numbnuts to moap around and DEF cost the hood more.. If something looks like ass, and cost more why would anyone even consider it!?? I'm really glad she/he's gone, doesn't mean I'm 100% good but that sneaky fuker ain't here no more.. Boy I'm really glad. I was planning to start a riot.. All u gotta do is mention the board wasting money and its ON. In the last 8 years the dues have gone up from 800ish to 1400 a year. Shits insane. Oh and there's 1800 houses, or people that pay 1400 a year. Do that math.

40 miles of Road. Three lakes , 2 fishing like and a ski lake .. Golf course and country club .. We have our own fire department .. It is a huge crock of **** ... And hell no I don't do 1800 houses !! I did I would be on John G's level! Hahah.
I do the common areas front and back gate , Rec center, Country Club , and another couple little areas.
That's one of my bigger Accts. The other one is the 55 timeshares in here .. I somehow landed that one also .. It's my best one .. Hold on I'll find you a link to the neighborhood ...

There you go check it out .. Just like everything pictures can be deceiving ... The craziest **** I have ever seen!! people come from Ohio , Michigan , New York ,etc. The small town of Villa Rica!! Hahah The best part .. Some of them come every year ! hahaha man wata shitty vacation.
When I first moved in here it was like a vacation every day , well kind of ... But it is pretty cool to have a ski lake and marina. Specially considering you don't have to get outside the gates to get drunk .. If that's your thing... I just burn. A lot. Haha. I'm kidding I don't burn a lot anymore. But if anyone is ever out this way seriously I can get a deal on the timeshares .. All right on the lake , pretty cool actually. I am very very lucky to have the contracts ... Just goes to show you even if you're a moron you can guess the right ass ... That is if your willing to pucker up. Personally I love working in the same neighborhood that I live in ... I'm sure most can tell that I have a lot of time to do what I want.. And I think about that A lot. I'm lucky. It's not that easy as a convicted felon to get a damn job .. So I had to get really creative ... The one thing that sucks is there's no retirement , and I'm not promised from year-to-year anything.
The way I look at it is if I lose my contracts that must be God telling me to move to Cullman Al.. And become a squatter on kels property. Kevin has assured me that he can help me out and finding a spot behind a project the Kel won't ever find me at. Hahaha.
