Open Ride Prep/Plans?

OK guys, since we are putting the ride together is there anything Randy needs us to do? I take it since we are all members and this is not considered a large ride, we don't have to pay to ride? When is everybody gettin into town and what are your lodging and dining plans? We were talking about coming over on Friday after work if others were around maybe we could do dinner like we did at Shamrock?

Amber and I plan to camp, plan to go to Mello Mushroom Saturday night. Be there after work Friday sometime, depending on when we cut out from work and when we get HB dropped off with her sperm donor. ( Ambers dad...)

OK so you are up on Friday night probably around the same time we would be there. Jen and I are bring scoobs and staying in the Jameson Inn because they allow pets. We could hit up another restaurant besides the shroom on Friday if you guys are down..... The mexican place there is no good though, but they have lots of choices

Where do we want to set up camp. I may go up Thursday after work, if we want a RV spot (AC power), the one I had last time closest to the pavillion worked well. If we want to stay away from the other group, we could go further away from the parking lot and camp in the new section in the trees (generator). If we do that, I will probably wait and go up Friday. What is everyone's idea on this.

I plan to camp as well, Friday and Saturday night. Dad will probably get a hotel but I just don't want to drive back and forth. Unless a lot of people need a ride to/from dinner I'd like a seat so I don't have to mess with the swaybar on the ZJ.

I can even play DD!

I liked camping in the trees, however do not bring the motorhome back there unless you have someone watching. There are lots of hidden ruts and holes from uprooted trees and whatnot.

I'm trying to get there mid day Friday... but it might end up being late afternoon. What's everyone's plans? Since we're sharing the park whoever's there first should run some tape so we all have plenty of space to park and camp? just an idear
