Seattle just passed a $20 increase on vehicle tabs... That money in part, will be used toward programs for bicyclists and pedestrians... If they could of figured out how to tab bikes or sneakers they would... That's how they get **** done... It's easier to raise taxes and throw money at a problem than roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty...This has been going on forever... Nothing has changed...If we start to pay a user fee to be on DNR land, it'll get misused...
