In the Chef of Mississippi competition he competed against 17 of his peers. He won third place for originality and first place in presentation. Taking home 7 $100 bills for his efforts. Good job man!

thanks for the props guys....my wife is dogging me out b/c i had put forth really no effort for this and was mad i didn't win more.....oh well....i guess i will get with it a little more next time...it was a fun evening nonetheless...

teh dish i prepared for the evening was...

Peach & Chipotle BBQ'd Black Grouper with Vanilla scented Oxtail, pineapple-mango relish, with achiote and cilantro emulsions.....
