The last 2 sticks I got a good deal on ... ( for me / here ) about 3.87ft Ill guess them @ 23 footers at 89.00 a stick under the "Hardline Custom LLC" ( dont know if that really gets me anywere or not honestly )

Not trying to hack your thread, but the company we buy steel from here in town charges more if you come in off the street and pay cash for it rather than billing it to us. Doesn't make sense to me. Banck on topic that is about the same price I got it for a month or two ago.

Quick tube question, I used 1'3/4 120 wall for my cage. why is it bending so much? I have bent one A piller and both B pillars have dents in them my side bar is all bent in and some other miscellaneous tubes are all bent. Is it that I keep on landing on hard rock when I roll/flop or is my tube softer than normal?

you say .120" wall, but what. ERW/HREW, DOM, 1012/1020/1026, what. I have had bad luck with some DOM I bought because I didn't ask what it was. I now think I got some 101x, not 1020 or above. the higher the last the higher the carbon content. harder, stronger the higher the carbon. at a point it goes to brittle, but not in the range we are talking about. it bends like mad (this is on the silver 2.5 ton S10 I built)
I found some 1026 DOM .125 wall in chicago for $2.77/ft through my account I am setting up. I thought around $3 was normal, but it looks like you've paid almost $4 lately. I was quoted $3.97/ft on 200' with a company account, tax exempt and pickup from EMJ. WOW. $1 different from the place that's closer. that's bullshit. anyway, trying to set up an account that I can move some volume with and get a break for me and my customers. Have a cage this weekend and its looking more expensive than I had hoped. :-\
