last year it was more like the local yokals having a backyard race...
from the response last year, and the sparked interest online, it would become more than a specticle....everyone wanted to see it done again...so, they planned it and marketed it...

i can't believe some of sponsor deals that have been gained through this....4wheel parts is just one of the few large companies that is sponsoring a rig....

the more i read, the more i see what preparations they are undertaking to make it huge and successful...

...the DVD preview is badass...

i will definitely get myself a copy when it comes out.....

How do you leave Tracy Jordan out of the mix? If it is desert racing, he has done the 1000 for the last 2 years....

JT Taylor? Get real, that guy cant help overdriving in a 5 minute Rockrace...he will not be in the top 10 IMO.

JR did awesome last year because he had the BEST co-driver an they were the only team that pre-ran the course.

I cannot wait to watch this play out.
