O la postin this for a buddy cause i have no clue,:wtf: Subaru brat whats out there that a guy can do do lift them? I ve seen a couple a guys runnin them with like i dont know 30 x 9.50 x ? any help would be great.

Thanks for the intell, Ill let him know i think he paid like $100 for the whole car so I was wondering if there are any doner rigs that he can get parts from to achieve the amount of lift to run 30 inch or so tires. Once again any help is appreciated

lift Qs

A 30 is a little big for the gears (3:90) I have run 29 in superswampers with a weber carb and she was a dog on the hills almost had to run her in low a must on the trails


The problem is subaru doe not have any 4wd d/r trannies that are any other gears than 3:90/ or 3:70

26 in is perfect size for the gears good luck finding a mud tire that small

I run 27" kumho road ventures with out to much loss

and there are more peolpe who build kits for them

sjr, does aluminum and steel

I do steel guseted and burly trail tested

and there are a few more out there
