east vs west is the "haves" vs the "have nots"... half those fuggers hatin' have nothin more than a clapp'd out toyota with welded diffs, swampers and a doubler... That thread is giving me a headache! I'm a crawler but I love the style of the TN rigs that have been being built. They are truely works of art that get used for what they are built for. I personally have no desire to wheel like that. When I watch the videos I usually just shake my head and wonder why somene would want to do that to a rig. But, to each his own. Regardless of the wheelin styles, you cant knock the talent that it takes to build a rig like that.

I just hope that when we get to the Hammers that there is not a lake bed full of west coasters wanting to kick our asses. If so, i'm hiding behind P. laughing1

I'm thinking its because nobody on this coast cares enough and nobody is jealous enough to hate on them. Those people are so jealous they don't even realize it. I find it pathetic. One of the biggest things I think the haters have a problem with is the look of something new or different. Nothing that has came out of Coles or Woodlees' shop looks like a west coast buggy. Some people hate the fact that California wasn't first on this type of ****.

I find it funny but frustrating as well. I personally wouldn't want a buggy that nice simply because I would never clean it :flipoff1:

Basically it just boils down to the fact that most of the West coast guys are dicks. They have a chip on their shoulder, this "I am better than you attitude". Now, not all of them are that way. And we have our share like that in the South as well. But overall you do not find better folks than in the deep South.

I appreciate it all. I respect show cars/trucks if they are down tastefully. Coleworxs builds an amazing buggy no doubt

I always prefered to trail ride and at a slower pace, but things have evolved over the years as well. For me personally if I had that much coin to drop on a turn key rig, I'd still go with something far more low key like say a TC rig than a CW rig. I think both are the bees knees and have seen both styles and like I said respect/appreciate both versions.

**** it, I'd let P build it and save my $$ to buy him 'stuns for life. :drinkers:

OUTSIDE OF the **** it Id let P build it ( even though I appreciate and take that as a compliment... ) I agree. we are almost looking at apples and oranges and thats what spin's people up.

Our sport isnt all " defined " like say... desert racing. There are specifically different classes. Everyone is trying to lump **** into MUDWHOMPER or ROCK CRAWLER ... there's alot of different things going on... Trail, Crawl, Bounce, etc... **** we dont even know, its in evolution SON !! I say have fun with what you got... and **** Cali ! laughing1 ( I say that jokingly... kinda ) **** ya'll :flipoff1:
