This is turning into an even bigger lesson than initiall thought now. Since the Harlan ER filed the visit as an ATV accident and her insurance company classifies ATV accidents as motor vehicle accidents, they are saying that they need a police report and the offending vehicle's insurance info to cover her bills. Since my buggy is not insured and there was never a police report involved her insurance company is saying that they may pay her bills and sue me for recompensation. So now lawyers are getting involved.So I guess the moral of the story now is don't use plastic racing seats and don't let anyone ride in your buggy, even your girlfriend, whithout signing a waiver.J.
