The guys at CSC Fab just finished with their latest rig, dubbed "Poison Ivy". The rig was built for Jeremy Forsyth. Jeremy originally wanted to fix up his Jeep but one thing let to another and he ended up with this very clean rockbounce chassis you see here. The motor came out of Jeremy's mid-90's Mustang drag car. It was originally a Ford 351, but it's been built to a 408 and then fuel injected with PowerJection III. In order to handle what's likely to be around 600HP, he had PTC built him a top of the line C6 auto trans, which he bolted to a big NP205 case. Axle of choice are RockWells, all stock for now with the exception of the pinion brakes. Tires are 43" TSL SX Stickies. This buggy was built for comfort, the interior is has plenty of room to stretch out even for a big guy like Jeremy. Panels were built to keep the heat out and a custom fiberglass console stretches from the back of the seats all the way to the dash creating a smooth and seamless looking interior. This buggy is a perfect example of everything you need, and nothing you don't.

Good looking buggy. Nice to see one with a reasonable amount of tube that has a sense of logic and flow about it, rather than powdercoated spaghetti.

rig looks killer, got a weight on it yet???

Not sure, but just looking at it, it does not look very heavy! I'd be willing to bet one of the lightest Rockwell rigs out there...

i was thinking the same thing. Im going tthrough a lot of trouble to keep my next rig light, and it is going to be on rocks.

Waiting on new 16 in shocks for the front. They will be here friday so I should be able to weigh it by next week sometime. R-Keys rig was around 4500 lbs with rear steer body panels and dual ended rams. I should be atleast 500 lbs lighter.

So when yall startin on alans. You go back to a buggy you know he will have to have one. :****:

Labronn, give me a call sometime if your interested in doing some work on the red buggy.... 615-804-0250

Got the rig weighed last week
4160 lbs. With all fluids. Each corner is within 20lbs, so the weight is balanced very well.

Thats awesome that its that light.
