polaris tranny oil weight?

We got a 500 sportsman HO. Does anyone know what weight of oil goes in the tranny?? The polaris lube is locked down as far as info goes. My father in law trying to save a few bucks. I told him I would post and ask. Thx everybody for your thoughts... Thx. COLT

colt i have had a ton of polaris atvs i always use automatic trans fluid its cheap and works .TommyRains
