Post your most effective or favorite methods of cleaning grease both for parts that you can drop in a hot tank and for those that cannot (like a complete engine sitting in your truck for example.)

Do you use engine cleaner, car wash, mean green, clothing detergent, uh.... pressure washer, TSP and hot water... etc.

Whatcha use?

we get the degreaser from costco, spray let sit, i usually hose it down with water first, then scrub to my hearts content...:redneck: wire brush works best if the surface allows for it. but that stuff seems to work prety good to break up the gunk...

Diesel

i can make things purty :D

Diff trannys but same amount of gunk that used to be on it...

Hey, Son! Come here and clean this part for me.

That usually causes one of two things to happen. He disappears, or the part gets really, really clean.

"Hey Brady, throw this in the hot tank for me" So I guess I use Bickford :D

And failing that starting fluid :awesomework:
