Practice Rocks?

Okay I am looking for a place to practice/test my truck. And I would like to find something on the eastside of lake washignton as I live in Kirkland. I do have a little area in my backyard to try but it is a one trick poney.

I have been looking and all I find are great Trail/scale Rig spots. We have soo much contruction going on, anythign good is gone in a day or two, or has security
