problems with pirate?

is anyone else having issues getting pirate4x4 to load up? I cant any links to work for it....main page, forum, tech articles, etc........lately it has been kinda flakey. any other website is working just fine. I tried to clear all the cookies, temp internet files, etc....still no luck.
