Cant get pic to upload, any tricks im missing?

There are both pixel and byte restrictions.

I believe id rather have no pic than one referred to as "Sandy". Haha. Got one of my buddies, "Jacksonwolf39" to get it on there for me. Just couldnt resize enough through my computer I guess.
