Finished up the rack up. I made it out of some 1" angle iron and some 1/4" flat stock. It is pretty basic but it seems to be plenty strong, I sat on it and it barely moved, so it will easily hold my tools and recovery gear. It turned out pretty good, except I had it all level, but after I welded in the gusset bars it is a little angled.I found this metal toolbox at Home Depot. It was the perfect size for the rack. It should easily hold all the tools that I usually bring with me. I'm also going to bolt a small ammo cans on each side of the tool box, I'll keep all my recovery gear inside of those.
