propane 350 SBC help!

I just got a truggy with an 80's 350 SBC on propane. The motor runs good but seems sluggish especially at higher rpms. I am looking for suggestions on how to wake this motor up, because I have never dealt with propane before. Its mostly stock other than better heads and can.

what rpm does it start feeling sluggish? it could be the timing.

it could also be a bottleneck in the fuel lines.

my evaporator has some gunk in it and it was slugish at the top end. got a new one and everything was cool. check the hose for cold spots.

Not sure on the rpms but its from the mid to high end range and I actually read about the timing yesterday. Does 25 degrees advance sound right to you?

25 total degrees is way low, it will feel better around 33-35 total advance
