Propane and propane accessories

I have the grill gas on my sbc, that i am switching over to a buggy. It has a standard round air cleaner with the gas coming in on the center of the top of the air filter. Im Not really digging the old school look. Can you switch this over to a cone type filter housing easily. ( cheaply ) ? Any pics would be appreciated. Just want a better look for top of motor and motor cage.

I am not sure I am following what you are saying. What mixer are you running? I probably have what you need but need more info. It sounds like like you have
an IMPCO 300 mixer if the fuel hose is attached to the top in the middle.

These are made by Spectre all these take a cone type filter hope this helps

Ebay is where I got mine. It is a dual. But it was cheaper than a single so it's what I got

That is a 300 style mixer. Good looking setup. We used to have a top bonnet that could be used with an offset filter but haven't had one of those in several years. The company that made it went out of business. Are you running it as a dual fuel conversion? If so, how are you altering the timing for propane?

That's not my motor just a pic I grabbed off the net. Same setup though. No on the duel just propane. I really want to run a tube back into the fire wall with a filter under dash. Without haveing to buy a whole new setup.
