This is one for you guys on the pane. I've heard of special fill stations that will give you a discount on propane for motor fuel purposes but I can't find any arround... Do you know of any? How much are you paying?

I usually buy mine at the feed store by my house, usually 30-50 cents cheaper than regular at the arco up the street...

$1.99 a gallon @ Graham feed :awesomework:

but Ive never seen such a place as a pump station, or fill staion other than the arco's and texeco's and feed stores.

Actually, If you are filling a tank mounted to the truck intended for motor fuel use they should be charging road tax making it more expensive than bbq fuel.
It seems most feed stores don't know or don't care though. Same LPG at either price..........

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEE A BUGGY ON THE ROAD, or in my case my bronco??????????????????????????

And ya I'm gunna tell the feed store "hey can you tack on some more tax for me please" HELLO:kissmybutt:

No there is a special tax form you are supposed to fill out and pay the road tax at years end. I've never heard of any propane seller charging road tax on the fuel directly.

If you do pay road tax and only drive offroad you are eligible to have it all refunded.

I used to work at a gas station that sold motor fuel propane and filled BBQ tanks. We had 2 buttons on the cash register. BBQ was .99/gal and Motor fuel was $1.16/gal. tax included just like gas. This was 11yrs ago though.
