Propane timing

it depends on compression and your cam we run between 30 and 40 degrees on our motors

I have very mild comp. with an rv cam Iam running 30 now,but I cant get rid of a bottom end miss or pop, runs great on top

Damn propane likes timing, put mine at 37 and it runs great, before hand it would fall off at about 3000 rpm,is this normal for propane

Yes. Propane burns slower than gas, therefor you must initiate the ignition cycle before you would with gas so that the cylinder reaches peak pressure at the correct time / relatively same time as gas would. If you start it too late the piston will be running away from the flame and result in poor torque / performance / low cylinder pressure.
