psc?

I had a sbc pulley but it was too small bore I bored it out to 5/8 I believe and it fits without slop but its not a press fit anymore grrr.

What kind of Psc pump? Should be able to mic the inside of pulley and outside of shaft to see if they will fit? If you drilled out the new pulley to big I would just get another pulley it needs to be pretty tight! You could possibly knurl the inside of the hole with a small punch but it will be hard to keep the pulley true and balanced .02

Most of the time those psc pumps are OEM shafts and reservoirs unless you select a hi volume/hi performance pump specifically. So if you're going with a pump designed to fit a 6.0-5.3 typically that shaft is same size as the OEM pump shaft.

Orrrrr...... You can call psc directly and avoid waiting for answers on this board. Those guys are just down the road from me and are open right now

I had tried to call them. Apparently I got dyslexic with my numbers so now im good. I talked to them they don't carry them but they said its a standard oem .75 truck shaft. And so the pulleys off the trucks will work.
