Silly question, just trying to wrap up a th350 install and trying to figure out how far the dipstick tube is supposed to insert into the tranny. There's the little rubber o-ring, then the metal lip on the tube a little further up. Is it supposed to drop all the way down to the lip? I'm having a hell of a time trying to get it to set all the way down in there. A picture would be great if you got one.
