Re: Random ThoughtsWe had an offer that was contingent on 6 or 7 different sales to be final. Buyer of our home>buyer of their home>buyer of that home> etc. etc. Our realtor laughed at them and told us to deny the offer. So we did. When we finally sold the buyer's realtor sucked and we found out as we were sitting in the office that she did not show for her closing. My realtor called the buyer and said we were keeping her earnest money and it would take $3000 worth of lawyer fees to get it back (it was only $1500) if she did not buy our house. We closed and had 2 houses for 3 weeks. To say I was nervous was an understatement. House sold we got a check and have been happy ever since. I have to say my realtor was pushy but she was worth every penny!
