Re: Random ThoughtsDamn that sucks Josh, my Dad went through some crap selling his commercial property last month, and my grandmother's house was hell to get rid of for mom and dad. One crazy nut woman who couldn't get her **** together actually had her mail forwarded to the house before closing fell through! I'd love to gtfo of mine but I honestly don't want to put up with all the **** to sell it. Actually had an investment company I was going to sell to but they wouldn't come up 8500 without me spending that much on the house so I kicked that to the curb.
